Deleting an Arrow photo first moves it to Recently Deleted. Arrow shows a seven-day recovery window there. You can restore the photo or choose Delete Permanently at any time. Arrow does not currently guarantee that a photo is removed automatically when the displayed recovery window ends, so use Delete Permanently when you want to remove it from Arrow.
Uninstalling Arrow removes the app and its on-device data from the active device. Copies you previously shared or exported remain wherever you saved or sent them.
Arrow includes an optional in-app feedback form. You can choose to send feedback text or a voice note and, if you want a reply, an email address. If location tagging is already enabled and a recent location is available, the form tells you that location context may be included with your submission. Photo content is never attached. Contact Support can also open our support page or your email app. To request deletion of feedback or support data we control, email support@tryarrow.app.
Arrow collects anonymous product analytics (PostHog) and crash reports (Sentry). This data does not include photo content and is separate from any support request you choose to send. To request deletion of analytics or support data we control, email support@tryarrow.app.
For data deletion inquiries, contact support@tryarrow.app.
