Data Deletion & Retention

Local-first storage: Arrow stores photos inside the app on your device. We do not run a cloud photo library and we do not require a user account. You stay in control of your photos at all times.

Delete Individual Photos

Open any photo in Arrow, tap the delete button, and confirm. The photo is permanently removed from your device.

Delete All Data

Uninstalling Arrow from your iPhone permanently removes all stored photos, app settings, and local data. This action is irreversible — we have no cloud backup and cannot recover deleted data.

Support Requests

The Arrow launch route does not expose an in-app feedback form. If you contact support by email or through the support page, we may receive the information you choose to send. To request deletion of a support message we control, email support@tryarrow.app.

Analytics & Crash Data

Arrow collects anonymous product analytics (PostHog) and crash reports (Sentry). This data does not include photo content and is separate from any support request you choose to send. To request deletion of analytics or support data we control, email support@tryarrow.app.
